About Us
How We Got Here
At Emma's Pilates and Well-being, we offer a range of Pilates, Yoga stretch and Yogalates, Barre and Ballet sessions for all.
A relaxing way to exercise the body and mind.
We encourage everyone to practice Pilates and yoga or Barre. A wonderful controlled form of exercise with so many benefits.
We help clients understand the fundamental techniques practiced when performing Pilates and Yoga, so you gain the most from your practice.
Qualified in Mat Pilates to Advanced level. Specialist Yoga qualified, Yoga Movement, Pre and Post-natal, Children's yoga, Performance Pilates, Fusion Pilates trained, My Barre and Balletbums qualified, level 3 Diploma in Dance, Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise and Health.

As a complete novice in Pilates, I was quite anxious about joining a class but I needn't have worried. Emma's teaching allows you to develop at your own pace and the small group class means that you get one-to-one help when needed. We are now offering a monthly subscription to our brand new video channel. Access on demand fresh content weekly for only £22 a month. Enjoy taking part in yoga, pilates, yogalates, barre and ballet in your own time from home. Free 1 to 1 online starter session included so we get to meet you and explain our techniques.

Outdoor sessions coming soon.......
We are very lucky to offer Well-being sessions at the beautiful Normanby Hall Country Park during the summer.
The perfect way to stretch and unwind in the perfect park surroundings.
Summer 2020
Sessions have now finished for this summer.
We will be back in August 2021 with Pilates at 10:30am and Woodland Yoga at 11:40am.
August 7,14 and 21.
Classes commence at 10.30am on the grassed area near the Regency Hall for Pilates and we meet at the large frame and walk into the Woodlands at 11:30am for Yoga.
If you are not a member you can still attend by booking our taster session for £6.
Please book in advance as spaces are limited. Suitable for beginners. Please bring a mat and enjoy with us.
Well-being Field outdoor sessions
We also run outdoor sessions within the Well-being field in Scunthorpe located off Burringham Road.
Sessions will return now in spring 2021. Classes commence at 10.30am.
