Since we opened our new studio it's been wonderful to offer monthly Well-being Wednesday's here at Empower. Open to anyone, come and enjoy some relaxation evenings with us.

​Charity Mat Pilates class for Hope House

Wednesday 25 March from 7pm

A charity total beginner Pilates class for Hope House based in Bottesford, Scunthrope.

To raise some money for this amazing local charity DM to get your name on the list and on arrival pay minimum of £10 into the charity bucket. Enjoy a 60 minute class at EMPOWER studio. 

Dance Yoga 

Dance Yoga Well-being Wednesday with Neve 15 April from 7pm at EMPOWER studio

 

Dance Yoga blends the freedom of dance with the mindfulness of yoga. If you love the idea of being able to express yourself while increasing your mind-body awareness then dance yoga is definitely suited to you. Flow to music which makes you feel alive, while practicing yoga foundations. Book now £8 full hour. Mats provided.

Couples Reformer Pilates

Wednesday 15 June, 7pm-8.15pm

An evening of Reformer Pilates for beginners. Bring a friend or partner along to enjoy our beginner workout together. £35 per couple. Spaces limited. Book Here 

Summer sessions- outdoors

Pilates then Picnic

25 July from 10am. Class starts 10.30am- 11.30am

Enjoy some outdoors mat Pilates in the beautiful surroundings at Normanby within the grassed area near the walled garden and Well-being Garden. Followed by time to relax with friends and bring a picnic. £12 per person. Book now via our website or if you attend our classes please DM for our members offer.

Yoga hour 2pm, suitable for beginners, please bring a mat

Sound bath hour in the Well-being Garden from 3.15pm

🌿 This is exactly what my Energy Hygiene Workshop is designed to support.

During this gentle, practical session, I’ll be sharing simple, effective ways to help you create energetic boundaries, feel safer in your own space, and stay more centered in yourself.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

✨Become more aware of our own energy

✨ Protect your energy on a day-to-day basis

✨ Clear and reset after stressful or challenging experiences

✨ Feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in your own energy

As the day draws to a close, we’ll move into a deeply relaxing sound bath experience.

Lying comfortably outdoors, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of gongs and other therapeutic instruments. These gentle vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and allow the body to shift into a state of deep rest and restoration.

Many people find sound baths help them release tension, improve mental clarity and leave them feeling grounded, peaceful and refreshed.

No experience is needed — simply lie back, relax and allow the sound to wash over you.
