We are delighted to be back at the beautiful Normanby Hall Country Park this summer.
Pilates and Picnic
Sessions will run in near the Well-being Garden area on Saturday July 25.
10.30am Pilates - 11.30am followed by time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and bring a picnic to enjoy with friends. £12 per person. Book now. (If you attend our current classes DM for members discount)
Bring a mat and enjoy some outdoor Pilates. Sessions suitable for beginners.

A brand new Well-being day for all to enjoy. Including Pilates, Picnic, Energy workshop, Yoga and an outdoor sound bath. Morning and afternoon packages available, plus full day packages.
Time table for the day
Meet 10am on the lawn near the walled garden
Pilates hour 10.30am, suitable for beginners, please bring a mat
Picnic chill time 11.30am (bring your own picnic and relax in the beautiful surroundings)
Energy hour in the Well-being Garden 12.30pm

Sound bath hour in the Well-being Garden from 3.15pm

As the day draws to a close, we’ll move into a deeply relaxing sound bath experience.
Lying comfortably outdoors, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of gongs and other therapeutic instruments. These gentle vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and allow the body to shift into a state of deep rest and restoration.
Many people find sound baths help them release tension, improve mental clarity and leave them feeling grounded, peaceful and refreshed.
No experience is needed — simply lie back, relax and allow the sound to wash over you.
