Pilates & Picnic in the Park

Service Description

Enjoy a relaxing Pilates in the Park session. Bring a mat and enjoy our 55 minute Pilates session in the outdoors. Suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to enjoy Pilates and the benefits it can have on the mind and body. Please note the cost of the class includes park entry and car parking for the duration of the session. Bring a picnic and enjoy the beautiful park setting on your mat after the session. Class will take place near the walled garden area. (Anyone over 8 years of age is welcome to attend) £12 per person or if you attend our current classes at Empower £10. DM for members pay link.
